Phillip Carroll started the business All Aces Services over 20 years ago and is still operating smoothly. We are a family owned business operating from the Gold Coast to Gympie. The Head Office is located Brisbane and we have technician that service through out South East QLD.
Garry Carroll has been part of the industry for 15 years and has been working in the Brisbane area cleaning since 2001. In 2002, Garry took over the management of the All Aces Services Brisbane branch. In late 2006, an opportunity arose for Garry and his now wife Carmel to buy the Brisbane and Gold Coast branch of All Aces Services. In February 2008 Carmel & Garry have now purchased the Sunshine Coast Branch and have since shut down the office on the Sunshine Coast and run everything remotely from the Head office in Morningside (Brisbane). Garry has out Phil Carroll into Semi-retirement. Garry says “It has been hard to stop the old man”, we have kept the excellent staff from the Sunshine Coast. Phil now has slowed and is now passing on his vast knowledge in continually training staff.
Carmel is a great driving force for the business and is qualified through the IICRC.

Phill McGurk Water Damage Manager & Technician Coordinator
Phil has been working with Garry for almost 8 years and has a vast knowledge of restoration and cleaning. Phill looks after the Water Damage Restoration Section and mangers the cleaning staff. He is fully certified through the IICRC in Carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, odour control, water damage restoration fire damage restoration, carpet repair and reinstallation, rug cleaning and occupational health and safety.
Karen Rainey Office Supervisor
Karen is a recent asset to the business with a wealth of office Skills, working in Major companies and Major Businesses. Karen ensures that the office is run smoothly with a hands on approach to solve all the problems, ensuring customer satisfaction. Karen is also certified through the IICRC in Carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and stain removal.
Kaz Horswood Reception/ Rug supervisor
Kaz is a big part of all aces services running the reception. Her duties are booking in customers and running the rug cleaning division. Kaz has a wealth of knowledge in home cleaning products she sells. Kaz is qualified through the IICRC in Carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and stain removal.
Ashley Jones Rug cleaning and stain removal technician
Ashley is a recent asset to the bussinee bringing over 12 years of customer service skills. Ashley is qualified through the IICRC in Carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning stain removal, water damage restoration and occupational health and safety.
Also along with our other staff who are the Friendly ones on the end of the phone and can help solve your problems.
