How much do I pay?
When you buy something you want to know you’re getting value
for money.
When you buy an item of clothing you can touch it, try it on and
see how it looks.
With carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning your biggest question
is how much will it cost me? Now, when you ring a carpet cleaning
company and say how much will it cost to clean my carpets, I have
3 bedrooms and a lounge/dinning area. They say it may cost you $80
but these companies build their businesses on price not on service.
They don’t tell you:
- About their guarantee
- About their equipment
- About their qualifications
- About their service
Probably because they are embarrassed, they probably don’t have a guarantee, small equipment, no formal training and a small service. You have to receive what you are looking for.
- Stains removed
- Furniture moved and replaced
- Pre-vacuumed
- Neutralizing their detergents
- Drying time
- Smell nice
- How long does it take
How long does it take an average 3 bedroom house to be cleaned? Done properly, fully furnished should take 3-4 hours with our deluxe service. Quoting over the phone
Pricing per room, how big is a room? We have done a lounge/room hall once and the carpet area was 120 sq metres. The average for that area is about 30 sq metres. The fairest way to charge is per metre you might have a water bed in the room. We can’t charge you for the full room. Quoting over the phone is impossible. We do not know what we are fixing unless we can see it. We can only estimate how big your carpet area is.
