Although your quote was a fair amount more than the other two companies who provided us with quotes, we decided to use your services as Ashley was very well presented and he talked us through the whole process and what to expect.  We could fully understand what we were going to get for our money.  Rob completed the work on the weekend and he was very polite, an absolute gentleman and a very, very hard worker.  We were ecstatic with the results and will only be using All Aces Services in the future.

Baby Arrival

This is the second year running I have used All Aces Services and have been very impressed.  I can't say enough about how happy I am with the carpet cleaning job they did, also they were extremely professional, on time and very helpful with suggestions.  My carpets are almost 20 years old and I nearly replaced them as they were so grotty.  After using your service they were brought up like new, so it has saved me a lot of money in the long run. All Aces Services were very responsive in being able to offer a quick turnaround for their services.  I was offered an appointment to occur 24 hours from my request.  Ashley was very punctual, in fact he turned up early.  Upon arrival, Ashley was very personable and easily built a rapport with me in order to fully engage me in conversation regarding the process he was going to undertake to clean our leather lounge.  During this time, Ashley continued to discuss the business with me and I assessed that the business was very customer focussed.

The job that Ashley did on our lounge was fantastic and so was the advice he gave me regarding cleaning my leather jackets and also our mattresses.  The other notable comments provided by Ashley was his experience in understanding different flooring and more specifically assisted me to ensure a good decision was made regarding carpeting or floorboards as a better option for allergy sufferers.
