The Contractor are to purchase or lease or rent our recommended equipment and are sent to complete carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, hard surface cleaning, pest control, water damage restoration etc. It’s like owning your own business, building a quality data base.
Our contractors can earn up to $5000 per week. Most of my Contractors bill me more than $120,000 per year without incurring exorbitant costs and it becomes their own business. No fees or franchise costs.
The Contractor’s earnings are dependent upon:
- Level of equipment (the better the equipment the more you earn)
- Level of chemicals (the better the quality of chemicals used means more services can be provided)
- Services offered (the more services you become qualified in the more you earn)
- How many hours they want to work (your earnings depend on the hours you work)
- People skills (communication with customers becomes very lucrative)
- Problem solving skills (ability to see and solve customers problems helps earn extra income)
- Knowledge of services (the more you know the more you earn)
- Paper work skills (note taking to cover yourself is very important)

Training courses are available through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) through Jena Dyco, and hands on and ongoing training with All Aces Services is provided with 24 hours, 7 day back up advice.
