We offer several cleaning packages to suit your needs, from a basic steam cleaning system, standard steam cleaning system, through to our deluxe carpet cleaning package & executive carpet cleaning package.

Our basic carpet cleaning system is a three step process

The Basic Carpet Cleaning System includes the following:

1. Pre-inspection. Carpet fibre identification and spot and stain survey.
   Professional advice and evaluation of your carpets.
2. Pre-conditioning with deodoriser and spotting (some spots and stains extra)
   This is our detergent, applied hot, it starts working immediately. We use the correct detergent for your specific fibre.
3. Powerful truck mount steam extraction. (State of the Art Equipment)
   Powerful equipment delivers higher heat and more vacuum, resulting in cleaner and dryer carpets.

Note: If needed in Commercial premises or residential areas, complementary high speed air movers can also be used to speed up the drying process while cleaning is happening.
