Microban Clean Carpet Sanitiser

All Aces Services are now registered users of the product Microban Clean Carpet Sanitiser.  This product cleans and sanitises carpets, rugs and upholstery with a single treatment.  A highly concentrated anionic formulation, Clean Carpet Sanitiser is suitable for use on both stain resistant synthetic and natural fibres.  This product is EPA registered and Woolsafe® approved.

Conventional cleaning detergents only remove soil, but Microban Clean Carpet Sanitiser contains three antimicrobial agents to reduce and control the growth of odour-causing bacteria and fungi as well as odour counteractants to neutralise unpleasant odours.

Microban Clean Carpet Sanitiser also effectively removes greasy soils and its low foaming formulation resists soiling.

Microban Clean Carpet Sanitiser kills hundreds of strains of bacteria and fungi to restore the carpet, rug and upholstery's freshness and appeal.

One particular area that we have found that this product has been successful is where pets are present.  Often once carpets have been cleaned there can be a "sour" odour that can linger for days after the carpet is dry.  This is a bacterial odour that is caused as animal hair and dog oil becomes a bacterial breeding ground once moisture is introduced.

After water damage has occurred in a property and has been fully restored, Microban allows us to reassure the property owner that the carpet is safe to have in their home.

It is rare to find something that can both sanitise AND clean well, but this product does.  It is also "stain resist safe".  Routine applications will produce cleaner, fresher carpets that continue to kill odour-causing microorganisms and deodorise to extend the life of the carpet.  That is why Microban Clean Carpet Sanitiser should be an integral part of All Aces Services' carpet maintenance program.
