We have a specialised stain removal division that can remove stains such as: red wine, grease, oil, gravy, beer, soft drinks, blood, egg, candle wax, crayons, chocolate, coffee, tea, cream, milk, faeces, furniture stains, chewing gum, glue, ink, tomato sauce, cordial drinks, liquor, mustard, mould/mildew, paint, nail polish, urine, rust, soil filtration lines, shoe polish, lipstick, vomit etc.

We can remove 99% of all stains. We provide specialised treatments to remove stains that others can't. We can also offer a spotting kit for you to remove spots and spills. When we protect your carpets with Bridgepoint Maxim Advance Protection, you can receive a FREE All Aces Services Home Pro Spotter and we will give you a one year spot and spill warranty. If you can't remove the spot or spill with our All Aces Services Home Pro Spotter, we come out and remove your spots for free as per the warranty form.

First Aid Treatment for Spills for Consumers

Step 1: Absorb Excess with sponge or towel. Do not rub - wipe and scoop. Rubbing leaves the area looking different and is not going to make a difference to getting the stain out.

Step 2: Place a damp towel over stain and press down to absorb moisture. Do not rub - do not use spotters or detergents from the supermarket as many will leave residues that will cause re-occurring stains and others contain bleaching agents that can damage your fibre and/or colour, or use our All Aces Services Home Pro Spotter as directed. Then blot with a dry towel.

Step 3: If step 2 is unsuccessful, do not experiment. All stains are a chemical of one kind or another. Your stain may respond to a specific chemical. To find out, call 1800 00 10 10 number with your stain removal question.

Almost every spot can be removed if taken care of immediately.

The longer the spill is allowed to dwell on the carpet or upholstery, the more chance there is of permanent discoloration.  Some spots and spills require the professional equipment, cleaning solutions, and skills of a professional carpet cleaner for proper removal.  Repeated attempts to remove the spot may set the stain or cause permanent damage to the carpet.  Remember, in fabric spotting, you should blot the area that you are treating, not rub it.  Rubbing can cause permanent damage to the fibre.
