At All Aces Services we are about designing a cleaning system that suits your needs. Whether it is: Steam Cleaning, Dry Cleaning or a combination of both or even Encapsulation cleaning. What ever your needs are we are here to help design a program to suit your needs.

Carpets

We offer several Cleaning packages to suit your needs from a Basic Steam Cleaning System, Standard Cleaning System, Deluxe Cleaning System with either our Truck mounted Steam Extraction Machinery or our Powerful Electric Machine, through to our Maintence Encapsulation Cleaning System.

Encapsulation Process

  1. Pre-inspection. Carpet fibre ID and spot and stain survey.
    Professional advice and evaluation of your carpets.
  2. Pre-vacuum with industrial up-right, hospital grade filtration.
    Dry vacuuming will remove more than 70% of dry soil.
  3. Careful movement of furniture.
    Most furniture will be moved. Desk Chairs, cabinets etc
  4. Apply Encapsulation Detergent with a Cimex Machine with Rotary Agitation.
    Cimex Machine disperses the detergent with agitation to encapsulate the soiling.
  5. High Speed Air Movers are set into position.
    To dry Area Rapidly.
  6. Post-Vacuum with industrial up-right, hospital grade filtration.
    Dry vacuuming will remove soiling encapsulated by detergent.

NOTE: This is a maintence services and should only be used in conjunction with Steam Cleaning

Upholstery

We offer our Deluxe Cleaning Package for upholstery with either our Truck mount machinery or our Powerful Electric Steam Cleaning Machinery. We clean all office upholstery eg: office chairs, lounge suits, boardroom chairs, director chairs. All Aces can cater a package to suit your needs.
