I was first impressed by your website which was informative and thorough.  Then the phone call to book was again thorough and I found out what I needed to know.  I would like to commend Jai who came to do our furniture and carpets.  He was a delight and a real credit to your company.  He is a very polite and decent man who explained in detail what he would do.  He went through the various price options and what were the differences per price.  There was no pressure to try to upgrade me to a more expensive treatment.  (I did anyway because it appeared better in the long run.)  He was very good at his work.  It was a very hot day and he worked so hard.  He was very pleasant to deal with.  I will certainly recommend your company and become a return customer.

As I was in hospital and required urgent rug cleaning, All Aces made the whole process so easy from start to finish. The technician and office staff could not be more helpful; the rugs were collected from my home in the canefields and deposited back to our unit in Southport wrapped, sanitised and in pristine condition and all without me having to leave the hospital bed. I would definitely recommend All Aces to everyone wishing for stress-free specialist rug and carpet cleaning services. Oh, and we have more rugs just waiting until we close down the house in the scrub so we will be back!
