Our Staff

All Aces Services started over 20 years ago and it is still operating smoothly. We are a family owned business operating from Gympie through to Northern NSW. The Head Office is located in Brisbane and we have technicians that service throughout South East QLD.

Garry Carroll has been part of the industry for 15 years and has been working in the Brisbane area cleaning since 2001. In 2002, Garry took over the management of the All Aces Services Brisbane branch. In late 2006, an opportunity arose for Garry  to buy the Brisbane and Gold Coast branch of All Aces Services. In February 2008 Garry purchased the Sunshine Coast Branch and have since shut down the office on the Sunshine Coast. Everything is now remotely managed from the Head Office in Murarrie (Brisbane). Garry has put Phil Carroll into semi-retirement though Garry says "It has been hard to stop the old man". We have kept the excellent staff from the Sunshine Coast. Phil has slowed and is now passing on his vast knowledge in continually training the staff. The All Aces office in Brisbane has a unique training facility and conducts weekly training for technicians and office staff. The training is hands on and theory based and is completed by Garry and other teachers in the industry to help solve any problem you might have.

Kelly Govind - Commercial and Residential Coordinator

Kelly is a great asset to the team.  Kelly has been working for All Aces Services for 2 years and started as the commercial and residential co-ordinator and now is the restoration co-ordinator. Kelly is  also qualified through the IICRC in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, hard floor cleaning and stain removal.

Tanya Callander - Customer Service/Rug Co-Ordinator

Tanya has been with All Aces for 10 months now, she has a mix of cleaning skills and knowledge and has a vibrant personality. Tanya is a people person who is always wanting to help our customers and provide the highest level of customer service. Tanya is qualified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Hard Floor Cleaning and Stain Removal.  

Janie Macey Carroll - Office Cutie

All Aces' newest member is over 1 year old now. She is too little to answer the phones or complete any cleaning jobs, but Janie is great at cuddles and wooing our customers when they drop in their rugs for cleaning. Come and say hello to Janie on your next visit.

Ashley Jones - Rug cleaning, Commercial Carpet Cleaning, Stain Removal Technician and Water Damage Restoration Technician

Ashley is a great asset to the business with over 12 years experience in customer service. Ashley is very versatile being able to do various jobs in different sections. Ashley is qualified through the IICRC in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, stain removal, water damage restoration, carpet repairs and installation, advanced stain removal, rug cleaning, leather cleaning, odour control and occupational health and safety.

Ricky Jensen - Rug cleaning, Commercial Carpet Cleaning and Curtain Cleaning Technician

Ricky is back at All Aces Services. Ricky is Ashley’s right hand man and mostly in the factory cleaning rugs, leather jackets and handbags, mattresses, cushions and curtains. Ricky helps in the commercial carpet cleaning and water damage sections.

Jai Shaw - Rug cleaning, Portable Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration Technician

Jai has returned from us, back from NSW. Jai was a great member of the team 5 years ago and we missed him when he was away. Jai gets daily feedback and testimonials from our clients about how good he is at his work.

 Chelsea Bryers- Marketing

Chelsea is doing a Traineeship in Marketing, her roll is to keep in contact with all our customers, Post Cards, Newsletters, Website and testimonials and heaps more! Chelsea is more like our customer care, as she will take care of you.
