We recently had Steve come to our home to clean our carpets which were over due for a clean and also carry out pest control. Steve arrived when he said he would and worked quickly in our home to get the carpets cleaned (and semi dried) before the children came home from school. The carpets look fabulous and I will definitely be using Steve and All Aces Services again soon for some additional work that we would like done in our home. Very happy customer!

I'm thrilled with how clean everything came up, our lounge and carpets are much cleaner than the last company got them. The leather chair which is at least 10 years old and never been cleaned before came up like new. Your technician, Rob was extremely polite and didn't stop all day - 100% effort. He was also very willing to answer my questions and did so in a knowledgeable manner. He is an absolute asset to your company. An hour after he finished, the house smelt wonderful. But within 3 hours an odd odour developed, not a wet carpet smell but it was very unpleasant. The carpets didn't fully dry until 24 hours later with fans on and windows open. The smell wasn't entirely gone until Wednesday lunch time. I didn't repack the wardrobes etc until it was gone. However it’s now fine. The lounge chairs were perfect - dryness and odour. We will definitely use your company again and maybe won't get so much done in one day. It was a big job.

After some very ordinary experiences with other carpet cleaning companies and one very bad experience, we had All Aces Services steam clean our beige carpet. The technician was considerably more thorough than the others and took twice the time to do the job properly. The carpet came up as close to new as you could possibly get and even managed to remove most of a stain the others couldn't budge. The price was certainly higher than many other carpet cleaners but the result was excellent. We will definitely get All Aces Services back for the next clean.

Our house is 8 years old and after being fastidious with our carpets for the first couple of years, after dealing with young kids and dogs it got out of hand. We had other carpet cleaning services come in and tried the supermarket-hired carpet cleaners a couple of times, but the stains still remained. We finally decided that it's possible that you pay for what you get and booked a deluxe service by All Aces. We didn't have high hopes but I have to say that the service was excellent and our carpets came up better than expected. Recently I purchased a couple of dining chairs from a charity shop. They had come from a cruise ship that had been refurbished in Brisbane in early 2010. The chairs were Italian and very well made. As could be expected, the upholstery was very grubby - lots of food and people stains. I didn't think they would be able to be cleaned as the stains were quite bad. I was prepared to have to re-cover them.
Fortunately I discovered All Aces Services on the internet. I rang their office and the very friendly and helpful lady suggested I bring them in for the technician to have a look at. The technician was confident they would come up well. He was very professional and explained the cleaning process. When I went back to pick them up I was totally amazed. Not only had all the stains disappeared, but the chairs were smelling very fresh and had been deodorised.
I would recommend All Aces to everyone, not only because of their professionalism and excellent results achieved, but for their very friendly, honest and helpful advice. The staff on the phones and the technicians are to be congratulated. I appreciated being treated as a VIP even though it was such a small job. The dog had been sick all over the rug and had also urinated on the rug so he was just going to throw it out because it was gross.
We are both very pleased with the way the rug was cleaned and the service as well. Having the rug picked up and brought back was really great.
So my friend now has his rug back on his lounge room floor, nice and clean and smells just lovely.

I had checked your website after I had googled "rug cleaning" and was most impressed with your dvd presentation. As I live in Carindale I decided I would deliver the rug for cleaning. When I arrived, the receptionist called Monica inspected the rug and pointed out some wear. She quoted a price for cleaning and a small repair. She said it would be ready for pick up on the 10th of September and that they would call when it was ready. On Friday, 10th of September at about 11am I rang and enquired when it would be ready as I was travelling close by your premises later in the day. I was informed that it would be ready at 11:30am. I advised that I would call at around 2pm to pick it up and when I arrived everything was ready.

Gino turned up early and did a marvellous job - my carpet has not been cleaned since it went down around six years ago and has weathered the indignity two long haired indoor cats, two dust storms, various stains from growing child and clumsy husband and three lots of concrete-dust riddled renovations - and Gino had it looking like new.
There was an issue with one stain but he liaised with me every step of the way until we were both satisfied he had done as much as he could to negate the stain without compromising the integrity of the carpet dye. Steve Shipway came out to my property on Monday, 23rd November, 2009 and performed a miracle on my one year old damaged carpet caused by my very spoilt long haired cat who had decided to use the carpet as his personal "vomitarium" in my absence. Unfortunately the friends who had been staying at my place had allowed him into the master bedroom. Upon discovering the damage they then proceeded to try and clean it themselves and when that failed they then called in another carpet cleaning company who really did no more than deodorise the room.
Upon my return I immediately phoned All Aces (who I have used in the past) and Steve came to my rescue. He did an amazing job, the carpet looks brand new, and he has saved me spending at least $1,700 on a new carpet. After some very ordinary experiences with other carpet cleaning companies and one very bad experience, we had All Aces Services steam clean our beige carpet.
The technician was considerably more thorough than the others and took twice the time to do the job properly.

I have used many carpet and furniture cleaners however I used All Aces two years ago on a white lounge suite which was very dirty and covered in cat fur. I couldn’t believe my eyes at the results as it is still beautiful and white. I also had some carpets cleaned and was very impressed by the results. Although All Aces is not the cheapest company around their services are well worth the money.

As I was in hospital and required urgent rug cleaning, All Aces made the whole process so easy from start to finish. The technician and office staff could not have been more helpful; the rugs were collected from my home in the Canefields and deposited back to our unit in Southport wrapped, sanitised and in pristine condition and all without me having to leave the hospital bed. I would definitely recommend All Aces to everyone wishing for stress-free specialist rug cleaning and carpet cleaning services. Oh, and we have more rugs just waiting until we close down the house in the scrub so we will be back!

I am taking this opportunity to write to you after a recent incident that left me in a difficult situation, and my immense appreciation of your response. My oldest son (5 ½ years old) is autistic. This promotes many problems in the everyday activities of life for my younger son and me, however at certain times we are left in some very sticky situations. About (3) weeks ago, my oldest son was unfortunately stuck down with one of the very ugly viral bugs circulating amongst the schools. After several days of feeling unwell, he woke up one Fridays morning and had a severe case of diarrhoea all over his mattress and carpeted bedrooms floor. To my disappointment, my long-term pest control and carpet cleaning man was unable to make time to help me in my desperate situation. Without a spare, clean bed for my son, who was sensory issues and displacement issues associated with his autism cannot be easily moved for sleeping arrangements, I was actually in tears. After phone around more than 4 local agencies, the telephone representative who answered my phone call at All Aces Services promptly set about making an effort to have my problem solved for me before the day’s end. Thanks to her compassion, consideration, hard work and promptness. Phil Vine was at my front door after lunch. Phil made great effort to ensure my son could sleep in his bed that night, at a price that didn’t stretch my budget too much.
You cannot probably ever fully understand the appreciation and relief your team provided me on that day. We parents of autistic children often have many hurdles on a daily basis relating to the public’s misinformed attitude of what autism is, which often verbally have the need to (cruelly) share with us in precarious situations like shopping centres and parks, and this makes our difficult job, that much more difficult, uncomfortable and upsetting. So the service provided by your staff has immense value to me, and provides refreshing encouragement. Thank you so very much.
It is very rare to be given such genuine customer service these days, in my situation or otherwise, and so I think it should be made very clear how much it is appreciated, and to let you know I will be continuing to use your services in the future. I look forward to Phil’s professional and frank expertise being exercised in my home again.
It has taken me a few weeks to finally get this letter complied to you, for reasons due to the demand of my parenting requirements. But I have made certain it was done, because for moments like these, I think both the staff directly involved and you as owners/managers, should be aware of what good work is going on that you may not see. In the act of finding your address amongst my paperwork from you, I found your feedback leaflet. In further appreciation, as per your request, I have posted a copy of this letter on your Facebook site also. Not for reward, but because I mean it. The public should know of your good work and know they can access great services in Brisbane, and where to do so.

We had the unfortunate experience of our pet dog passing away on the carpet in one of our bedrooms. To assist us in the general cleaning of all our carpets and the specific cleaning of this particular room, first thoughts turned to All Aces. This company had been referred to us by a happy customer a few years ago: we had used them in two residences then and were extremely happy with both cleans. Our experience this time was proved comparable. The Deluxe clean in heavy duty areas and on stains was well worth it, leaving carpets refreshed. A courteous technician complemented the job.
