Vinyl Floor Cleaning and Sealing

We clean and seal all types of vinyl floors.

Our system is very long lasting and if maintained properly the floor will never have to be stripped again.

1. Pre-inspection of floor for any problems, professional advice
2. Dust mop floor or pre-vacuum
3. Apply cleaner/stripper to start removing old sealer
4. Rotary agitation of old sealer to loosen and dissolve
5. Extract all standing water and old sealer
6. Wet mop floor to remove any residue with hot water
7. Dry Floor
8. Apply 3 coats of hardener
9. Apply 5 coats of gloss sealer
10. Dry between each coat with high speed air movers

The old system of vinyl floor cleaning and sealing was to wait to the floor got unbearable then strip the floor and apply 2 coats of sealer then the process is repeated those days are over.

This system is designed to never be stripped again just cleaned back and top up coats when needed. After your floor has been put onto the correct maintenance plan your Vinyl Floor will always be protected and will never have to be stripped again.  This way the floor never gets to the real ugly state of the old system.

We also book you in for a free inspection in 4 to 6 months or whenever needed.  This is to see how many coats or how much cleaning is required.
