When it comes to restoration work, you need equipment that is reliable, durable and easy to use.  The new FloodMaster from CleanMaster is not a converted carpet extractor, it was specifically engineered for one purpose, to extract water from water damaged sites. The durable roto-moulded body is lightweight, very tough and ready to withstand the rigors of restoration work without rusting, cracking or denting.  We back this durability up with a lifetime warranty on the roto-molded tank and body.  Dual top mounted 3-stage vacuums give you the power to get the job done fast and effectively while only demanding 13 amps for operation, a bonus for water damaged sites where power may be limited.

The FloodMaster’s ergonomic and lightweight design makes it easy to handle by one person with little or no bending or stooping. Large rear wheels carry the FloodMaster up and down stairs or nearly anywhere you need it to be, to complete the job with little effort or strain.  To increase productivity, this machine comes with two (2) diaphragm bilge pumps that automatically remove the waste water from the 9 gallon recovery tank through a standard 3/4” garden hose at 10.5 GPM, thus eliminating the need to stop and empty the tank.

The Flood Pumper

Portable Floodwater Extractor for Restoration

Introducing the flood pumper from U.S. Products - a flood pumper specifically designed for water restoration.  Offering an incredible vacuum performance of 200 CFM, the Flood Pumper is no converted carpet cleaner. It handles the toughest water recovery problems.

The Flood Pumper operates on a single power cord - a big help considering electricity is often limited in a disaster.  It discharges through a standard 3/4" garden hose, so you can link several together as needed to reach the dumping destination.  To ensure continued operation, it features dual vacuums and dual pumps away from the recovery tank.  Plus, it is the lightest flood pumper in the industry.

This unit is suitable for commercial and domestic cleaning contractors. All controls are located on the rear of the machine and are recessed to protect them from any damage. This unit is supplied complete with a 7.6 metre hose set and a 2-jet stainless steel wand.

Gulpa Waste System

This is the ultimate waste system for commercial carpet cleaning and flood work. The advantage is in the design, the Gulpa is made out of a clear Perspex box which enables you the user to show your clients exactly what sort, and what volumes of dirt that is being sucked out of there carpets. The Gulpa is also a great marketing tool, imagine that you are working on a job with your Gulpa out the front of the property, all passers by and neighbours can see the dirt you are extracting with there own eyes and get a real insight into the service you provide.

It can be used externally as normal or internally whereby the submergible pump can be installed into a waste tank of a portable machine. Hydro Xtreme Xtraction Machine

With the extraordinary new hydro Xtreme Xtraction machine, professional flood damage restorers can now dry out the carpet - and the underfelt while leaving it on the floor!

The breakthrough has enabled properties to be restored to their pre flood condition in a faster time than previously possible and at a reduced cost as the underfelt will normally not have to be replaced or pulled out.

Specialty drying equipment

Injecti-Dry Wall and Floor Drying System

Injecti-Dry was formed to develop specialized drying equipment that make it possible to dry out structures more quickly and with less invasive tactics. The aim is to limit the amount of replacement when drying out wet structures when ever possible, while at the same time, keep our environment healthy.

The first solution came with the adaptation of a device from the packaging industry, (also used by aquariums to deliver air to fish), called a "regenerative blower". From a pure physics standpoint, it had all the solutions, as it had the ability to deliver consistent air movement with the pressure needed. The accompanying delivery system did not exist and has been developed as the family of Injecti-Dry Systems, i.e. a system of hoses, connectors, injectors, etc. that are needed to move the air from the compressor to the interior of the structure.

VAC-IT Panel

The Vac-It Panels will simplify the setup process, and significantly reduce your labor costs. The 30 in. x 46 in. panels are comprised of 8 sections that can be cut into smaller configurations to fit your small space drying needs. Vac-It Panels can be used along with the Vac-It Pak to dry all sorts of wet materials, such as hardwood floors, headers, and plaster walls. Simply tape around the edges of the panels, hook up the tubes and hoses.

Interceptor

HEPA filter can be set up to process air going into or coming out from beneath cabinets, walls, ceilings and floors. It is important to know that HEPA filters do not make a HEPA system. Only by processing all air negatively, can a HEPA system be achieved. All air is processed before going  through the blower in either negative or positive drying modes, thus never contaminating equipment.  

Water Separator

The Water Separator works to protect your HP 60 blower by preventing bulk water from passing through it when drying in a negative mode.  It should be used after the initial vacuuming with a truck mount system to capture the remaining water that could be undetected. It will collect bulk water that my be trapped in ceilings, walls, floors, or cabinets that you are drying.  It is no ordinary bucket...The Separator has an anti-collapse ring built into it.

Silencer

The Silencer is made of ABS plastic and quiets the drying system by about 28%. It takes some of the impeller noise out in addition to attenuating the air rush sound. Attaches to the 2 in. OUT trunk line and sets up in seconds. The Silencer attaches to either the main AIR IN or AIR OUT Hoses.

The Adaptidry

The Adaptidry is another example of Injectidry's specialized drying equipment.  It achieves high efficiency by dispersing intense drying power simultaneously to multiple areas around the room.  It creates more pressure or vacuum suction within walls and without drilling holes making it more effective than other vent systems.  It is also great for drying out sports courts and gymnasiums.

 

 

Drymatic Heat Dryer

The Drymatic’s unique operation is based upon its evaluation of the humidity and temperature of the room to be dried and then operating in the mode that provides maximum drying effect. 

Adding controlled heat to the environment speeds up the drying process by promoting evaporation of moisture from the wet structure and contents. Increasing the ambient temperature allows the air to take on a higher water vapour content, which is then removed out of the property. 

All Aces Services technicians can set limits that the Drymatic will monitor and adjust the room’s environment, constantly optimising and exchanging the moist air with warm, dry air in a controlled manner to remove odours and ensure a faster, fresher and more efficient drying environment.

The Drymatic allows the user to tackle any job that may present itself in the field.

Whether it be Concrete Floors, Block-work or timber the Drymatic offers a controlled drying climate within the room that enables quick efficient drying removing the threat of damage that other methods or systems may pose to the property.

The Drymatic allows the user to target dry specific areas within a room by using the remote sensors. A ‘dry’ representative sample can be selected as a reference point — this would determine the users ’drying goal’. A sensor placed in the ‘wet’ area will then communicate with the machine and ensure that the drying goal set on the Drymatic is met.

This data is logged to the datacard provided enabling the user to provide the client with accurate drying graphs as evidence that a job is completed to the clients satisfaction. Specialist Dryers can use this information to build up a portfolio of previous jobs.

Drymatic Boost

The Drymatic Boost can be coupled to an Air Mover, the Drymatic Wall and Floor System or the Drymatic to offer a range of drying capabilities.

Using the built-in intelligence of the Drymatic, the Drymatic Boost allows the user to monitor the environment being dried via the wired sensor system. The user has the ability to set a ‘dry’ reference sample and the Boost will monitor the material being dried until you have reached your drying goal.

The Drymatic Boost will directly control the power supply to a standard air mover. Once the drying goal is reached, the Drymatic Boost will power down both itself and the Air Mover, making for a more economic drying system.

When used in conjunction with the Drymatic, the Boost pre-heats the intake air increasing the drying efficiency of the Drymatic. This controlled increase in ambient air within the room promotes a drastic increase in the amount of evaporation—reducing drying times and costs.

The Drymatic Boost has been designed to work alongside existing damage management equipment. Offering the drying technician a tool that will increase the drying performance of the other equipment already available.

The drying time for a saturated surface down to 70% ERH can be halved compared to previous methods and be even faster if you use the mats to apply controlled heat via the Drymatic Boost system. Moisture Meters

Delmhorst’s TotalCheck three-in-one meter

Scan and pin moisture modes and a thermo-hygrometer that measures ambient Temperature and RH and calculates Dew point and GPP. Relative Humidity is a crucial factor to consider when installing a floor over a concrete sub floor.

The RH sensor of TotalCheck is removable and conforms to the ASTM F-2170 standard to determine if concrete floors have dried adequately before installing a floor covering.

Precise moisture readings at depth

The Hammer Electrode penetrates through structural materials like sub floors and framing to a depth of 1.38" (35 mm). The insulated pins determine the exact moisture content of wood or the Wood Moisture Equivalent (WME) percentage of other materials. Use it to evaluate the extent of water damage during an inspection and while monitoring the drying process.

 Tramex CME4 Concrete Encounter

...for measuring moisture content, instantly, in concrete floors and floor screeds without the need to drill or damage the surface.

• Regular checking of moisture content during the drying out period of a new concrete floor or floor screed is important to ensure it has reached sufficient dryness to accept the floor covering.
• Excess moisture in the concrete could cause latent problems such as condensation or failure of the adhesive under the floor covering.
• The Concrete Encounter 4 will give you an instant reading of moisture content up to 6% concrete; up to 0-10 comparative on gypsum screed enabling you to make an informed decisions on when to install the floor covering.

Powerful thermal fogging device for water-based fogging agents.

Designed with safety and performance in mind, The Electro-Gen 2000 uses water-based Unsmoke Thermo-2000 formulations, a safer alternative to petroleum-based products, to quickly and effectivley thermal fog large areas for odor control.

The Electro-Gen 2000 is equipped with a thermostat-controlled temperature sensor. The sensor reduces the risk of operator error and “droplet fallout” during fogging operations by disabling the fog switch until proper operating temperature is reached. The Electro-Gen 2000 delivers over 7,000 cubic feet of fog per minute. Dual-Action Control offers the choice of either Manual or Programmed operation. An optional wireless remote system for operator convenience is available.

2600 Flex-A-Lite

Flex-A-Lite 2600 fogger is designed to produce a range of spray droplets, from ULV (20 microns or less) to a mist (50 microns and larger). This hand-held fogger has an 18-inch extension hose that makes it the perfect tool for spot application of ULV or mist sprays in food preparation or storage facilities. The quite two-stage motor (available in 110V or 220V) and the 1-gallon capacity make this fogger the choice of professionals around the world.

VaporSHARK Industrial Odour Control System

The VaporSHARK is designed to provide a simple, safe solution to tough odour problems in a broad spectrum of industries and situations. It does not use or create ozone, and can treat areas up to 50,000 cu. ft. (1,475 cubic meters). The VaporSHARK is designed to hold up to five VaporSHARK membranes. These sealed membranes contain a proprietary blend of natural oils that are safe, effective and provide long-lasting neutralization.

This system does not require evacuation of the treatment area during use and will not oxidate materials, damage fabrics, rubber or adhesives, nor affect electrical components.

A highly effective Thermal Fogging odor counteractant.

Thermo-2000 is a highly effective odor counteractant formulated for use in thermal foggers. Unlike other thermal fogging formulations which contain high levels of petroleum distillates (VOCs). Thermo-2000 contains only food and cosmetic-grade ingredients.

Thermo 2000’s unique formulation allows it to penetrate smoke particles to neutralize and remove odors. Best of all, Thermo 2000’s water-based formula will not leave behind a sticky residue like many solvent-based fogging products do.

Effective and Efficient System For Creating a Grain Barrier

The Phoenix Quick Chamber, designed with the Restoration Professional in mind, is an easy way to create an effective drying chamber that will completely contain a water loss affected area within minutes. This containment can be accomplished practically anywhere in the structure (e.g., hallway, doorway, etc.) simply by sealing open thresholds and passageways. The Quick Chamber not only incorporates durability in its construction and installation, but flexibility in its application. It has been specifically designed to be installed by one person, so an effective drying chamber can be set up by an individual rather than a team.

 

Once installed, the Quick Chamber will restrict moisture transfer into and out of the water loss affected area. This will also stop secondary damage at the beginning of the job, and later enhance the dry-down by preventing moist air from migrating into your drying chamber. Don't waste valuable dehumidifying capacity--minimize the area that you need to dry. By staying focused on just the affected area, you can free up the necessary equipment needed to move on to the next job.

ZIPWALL® SPRING LOADED BARRIER SYSTEM

This is our signature product. ZipWall® is an award-winning barrier system. It has been honored by the press and hailed by builders, painters, carpenters, floor refinishers, demolition workers, restoration companies, and do-it-yourselfers as a simple and effective method of controlling dust by isolating the worksite from other areas.

The patented ZipWall® spring loaded barrier system consists of telescoping twist lock ZipWall® poles available in both twelve and twenty foot lengths. The system locks the screening material (ordinary plastic sheeting, light canvas tarp or drop cloth) firmly against the ceiling, creating a "virtually airtight" barrier. Once in place, just lift and tuck the screening material under the pole to create a tight barrier from top to bottom. The poles are sold in pairs, see the details below.
